    Vetsource is looking for a pet-loving Marketing Manager to lead its efforts in driving pet owners to use their veterinarian’s home delivery pharmacy services. As an advocate for the pet owner’s experience with Vetsource’s products and services, you’ll focus on customer engagement through a variety of channels.

     

    You’ll use creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills to develop marketing campaigns that help veterinary practices market their home delivery services to pet owners. Typical projects include email marketing, product positioning/messaging, and print collateral for pet owners.

     

    The ideal candidate has strong skills in digital marketing in a B2C or B2B2C environment and can effectively lead teams in developing and implementing integrated content, marketing, and digital plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing plans that generate customer engagement, market share growth, and profitability
    • Be the voice of the pet owner in all areas of the business, advocating for best practices that will translate to the greatest impact
    • Coordinate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to implement product marketing plans and drive marketing activities
    • Develop product positioning and messaging in collaboration with content specialists that differentiates Vetsource products in the market by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive forces within the veterinary industry
    • Determine best processes to impact the pet owner’s experience with Vetsource; foster strong relationships between the pet owner and their veterinary practice
    • Work with the Marketing Analyst to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; provide recommendations for enhancements
    • Other projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    • BA or BS in marketing or related field
    • 5+ years of marketing campaign experience
    • Track record of success in a marketing, brand, or creative role
    • Skilled at leading projects from concept to strategy development to implementation
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience strengthening audience engagement
    • Advanced knowledge of email marketing best practices and campaign growth
    • Experience leveraging marketing trends, including effective use of digital, multimedia, and experiential marketing platforms
    • Experience with content marketing, digital engagement, and brand management
    • Ability to balance the need for creativity with a data-driven approach to measuring impact and success

     

    Working Conditions:

    • Environment where dogs are present
    • Occasional travel required
