  • Overview

    This position provides direct IT support to our development teams and office employees in the Tulsa location.  This is a fast-paced development environment that will also include technical support for remote employees.


    • Provide in-person and remote support for technologies related to desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, cloud-based web applications, and related technologies
    • Assist with the maintenance and testing of network and cloud-based services
    • Work with software and hardware vendors to resolve issues
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT service request tickets
    • Implement approved IT production environment change requests
    • Support workstations, technical systems, and other technologies
    • Perform installations, moves, adds, and changes for various technologies, as needed
    • Maintain accurate documentation for all devices
    • Follow company-wide workstation, server, and integration standards, policies, and procedures
    • Order computer and printer supplies
    • Maintain professional knowledge of current trends and development in the IT field
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Self- confidence, and analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members
    • Ability to maintain knowledge of current technology and able to learn new technology
    • Proficiency in the operation and use of personal computers, utilizing cloud and desktop-based word processing, spreadsheet, all internet browsers, mobile devices, websites and e-mail systems
    • Strong project management skills to independently research, present, and implement technical solutions to meet a variety of unique technology and business-related needs
    • Able to maintain professional demeanor under stress
    • Able to receive constructive feedback in a professional manner


    Supervisory Responsibilities: None



    • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field. An equivalent combination of related training and relevant work experience may be substituted at the hiring managers discretion
    • 1+ years of experience working in an IT/Technology environment


     Preferred Qualifications:

    • Linux experience
    • Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes


     Working Conditions:

    • Environment where dogs may be present
    • Noise is normally quiet to moderate
