  • Overview

    The Key Account Sales Specialist is responsible for providing extensive administrative support to the sales team, as well as, owning certain tasks that are central to coordinating the Key Accounts team efforts with the Inside Sales teams.  This person will offer direct support to our Key Account Manager(s) Outside Sales Force in addition to providing support to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  


    • Fielding and addressing reporting requests from Key Accounts and Partners
    • Scheduling and coordination of meetings and conference calls
    • Tracking of meeting notes and action items
    • Management of projects to ensure timelines/objectives are met
    • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator to support Key Accounts
    • Develop, create, and implement trainings, webinars, and overall support for Key Accounts
    • Ensuring CRM platform remains up to date and accurate
    • Coordinate with internal departments to enhance their knowledge of our Key Accounts and our ability to support customer needs through coordinated prospecting leveraging Key Account member lists, enrollment & on boarding, and continued account management
    • Own product and pricing updates to hospitals
    • Internal sales communications management
    • Fielding certain inquiries, tasks, or issues to be resolved by the department
      • Resolving or providing information to others, seeking guidance where necessary
    • Understanding procedural roles within the department and providing cover and support as required
    • Monitor work efforts and process compliance towards compliance to successful management and initiatives in the project
    • Create, maintain, prepare, and manage various projects including timelines, resource schedules, and communication to support the key business project
    • Responsible for coordinating with Inside Sales team for onboarding of newly acquired hospitals, reporting, and ongoing support
    • Create process for and manage Key Accounts Vibe contributions to update organization on activities and key updates as needed
    • Other projects/duties as assigned

    Supervisory Responsibilities:   None



    • Associates degree
    • Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
    • Familiarity of eCommerce business (on line retail)
    • Industry knowledge desired

    Working Conditions:

    • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
    • The noise level in the work area is normally quiet to moderate
    • Travel required – 25%
    • Environment where dogs are present
